CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS

All bags can be wiped with a cloth and a little washing up liquid or hand-wash. Waterwipes are great! Don’t use coloured soaps. Leave to dry or hair-dry. Iron or steam the bag to get any creases out but in time the canvas will soften anyway. 

Some customers have told us they have machine washed (a very well loved bag) and reported they came out very well, however we leave this to your discretion and would not recommend it. We cannot accept responsibility for a bag that has been machine washed.

Sarongs can be machine washed at 30° degrees. Iron on a cool setting for them to look their best. 


ORDERING INFORMATION

1. How can I make an order?
There are two ways to make an order:

Shopping online: you will be able to purchase any of our products easily and we ensure the security of payment for both payments methods; credit card or Paypal.

By email: you can send us an email at info@bellacager.com indicating the reference of the product, the quantity you would like to buy and your shipping and billing details if you want an invoice. We will confirm your order by email, detailing the product costs as well as the shipping costs. To validate your order, we will ask you to proceed with the payment by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.

2. How will I know that my order has been received? 
When finalising the order, a message will appear on your screen indicating that your order has been sent correctly to Bella Cager. You will soon receive an email confirmation for your purchase at the address indicated.

3. What can I do if I don’t receive the order confirmation email? 
If you don’t receive our confirmation order email, you can email us at info@bellacager.com with your name and details of purchase and we will advise you if your order has been received or not.

4. Is it possible to make changes or cancellation after my order has been confirmed?
All changes and cancellations are possible without any additional cost until payment confirmation. Once the payment has been done and you have received our email confirmation, please contact us at info@bellacager.com to know if your order has been sent. If not we can still cancel or modify your order; if your order has been shipped, please refer to the “returns and refund” section.


DELIVERY

1. What delivery services for you offer?
Standard Delivery — We send orders via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and requires a signature on delivery. If you are not in to receive the parcel, your postman will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office or request a re-delivery free of charge. Please note we are not responsible for items left / delivered by the postman.

Next Day Delivery — Available on request

Same Day Delivery Within London — We can organise a courier or work with your courier service, for same day deliveries — on request.

2. How long it will take to send my order?
Generally all the orders will be prepared and dispatched the day after receiving the order. We commit to send each order in a maximum of 1–2 working days after receiving it. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and all the orders placed during bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive? 
The delivery time depends on your location.

Domestic Deliveries
Please allow 2–4 working days for delivery (free UK P&P on all orders)

Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands
Please allow 2–4 working days for delivery (£5.00)

Within the EU *
Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery (£5.00)

Rest of the World *
Please allow 7–9 working days for delivery (£7.00)

If you require your bag quicker than the above times, please email info@bellacager.com and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as we can.

As the countries outside the European Union are not subject to UK VAT, this will be deducted from the purchase price during the checkout process.

Please note that we do not cover customs tariffs and other fees. You can refer to your country’s local customs authority website for the latest update on rates.

4. How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email to confirm that your package has been sent. This email will include your Royal Mail tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel. For this you only have to go to the Royal Mail website and enter your tracking number in the related box to track your parcel.

5. Do you provide a Gift Wrapping service? 
If you would like your item/s gift wrapped, we are very happy to do so. We will remove the price and ensure your unique gift looks fabulous! Please just tick the box for this service. 

Sarongs and the All In Bag come wrapped in white tissue paper. 
Will Travel and Have it All Bags come in a cotton drawstring bag.


RETURNS & REFUNDS 

1. How do I exchange something I ordered?

You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To proceed, please always notify us via email to info@bellacager.com indicating the product you wish to change and the reason why you want to change it.

Any change will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging. Please send the products you want to change to below address:

We recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit.
Any exchange for another item for a different item will generate new shipping costs that will be at your charge.

2. How do I return something I ordered?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To proceed, please send us an email to info@bellacager.com indicating the product you want to return and the reason why you want to return it.

Any refund will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging. Please send the products you want to return to below address:

We recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit.

Once we receive your parcel and ensure the product is in good conditions, we will refund you the money of the product to the same method payment you used to pay for it.
